The lease in Coconut River runs until the year 2053. The current monthly charge for this plot (R7) is 9,200.-Baht per month. This is paid yearly in advance. It is adjusted annually on 1st July and is fixed to the inflation rate as published by the Bank of Thailand.
Currently the monthly maintenance charge is 10,456.- Baht per month (non-rental) or 10,834.- Baht per month should you choose to rent out your property. The maintenance and service charge is payable yearly in advance and is inclusive of administration, environmentally friendly garbage disposal, security service, maintenance of the water and electricity supply within the project, house cleaning, technical checks, gardening and the swimming pool maintenance.
The house comes fully furnished and is available for rent at any time via our dedicated rental team. The style of dÈcor is very much in keeping with that of a Thai style beach villa incorporating western comforts and amenities.
