The maintenance and service charge is payable yearly in advance and is inclusive of administration, environmentally friendly garbage disposal, security service, maintenance of the water and electricity supply within the project, house cleaning, technical checks, gardening and the swimming pool maintenance.

We run a letting service. The program includes an on-line booking system that includes credit card acceptance and reservations. We have a dedicated company, Coconut Holiday Homes that administers this service. A conservative approximate annual occupancy could be taken at 35% (128 days per year) with a net rent attainable to the homeowner of 3,250.- Baht per day occupied.
