We run a letting service. The program includes an on-line booking system that includes credit card acceptance and reservations. We have a dedicated company, Coconut Holiday Homes that administers this service. A conservative approximate annual occupancy could be taken at 30% (110 days per year) with an approximate net rent attainable to the homeowner of 3,500.- Baht per day occupied.
Furnishings include:
TV/Satellite/Video/Stereo system, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, 2 ring electric stove, 1 electric pot, a selection of cooking equipment and cutlery. In the bedrooms there are 2 double beds with mattresses, 1 single bed and mattress. There is an air con system and fan plus a table and 2 chairs in the master double bedroom and fans in the other bedrooms. In the lounge/dining areas there is 1 air con system with 2 fans, 1 dinner table with 4 chairs, 2 sun lounges, 1 couch with a glass table, 2 high chairs for the bar and 1 cane sofa. The storage area holds a selection of towels and linen.

The asking price for the property is 4.500.000.- Baht. A quick cash sale transfer would be appreciated and the price would be 4,350.000.- Baht. (28 days completion from date of reservation). There is a charge of 45,000.- Baht to cover all other charges, transfer and lease registration fees at the land office.
