This impressive and well appointed Thai-style villa is located within our beach project called Coconut Sands and has stunning sunsets as well as magnificent views to the ocean, Koh Panghan and the collection of islands in the National Marine Park.
The house was completed in 1997 and would come most closely described as a 'Panorama Villa' with an internal living space of approx. 145sqm.
The approach to the villa is by way of a path set within tropical gardens leading to a large, fully covered wooden terrace that extends around 2 sides of the villa.

Lower Floor

The lease in Coconut Sands runs until the year 2038. The current monthly charge for this plot (S3) is 8,200.- Baht per month. This is paid yearly in advance. It is adjusted annually on 1st July and is fixed to the inflation rate as published by the Bank of Thailand.
Currently the monthly maintenance charge is 10,013.- Baht per month (non-rental) or 10,391.- Baht per month should you choose to rent out your property. The maintenance and service charge is payable yearly in advance and is inclusive of administration, environmentally friendly garbage disposal, security service, maintenance of the water and electricity supply within the project, house cleaning, technical checks, gardening and the swimming pool maintenance.

The house comes fully furnished and is available for rent at any time via our dedicated rental team. The style of dÈcor is very much in keeping with that of a Thai style wooden beachfront villa incorporating western comforts and amenities.
The asking price for the property is 5.750.000.- Baht. There is a charge of 45,000.- Baht to cover all other charges, transfer and lease registration fees at the land office.
