Insurance costs 0.5% of the house value (the constructed building) plus 0.495% for the contents, if the house is to be rented. If not to be rented, please cost at 0.4%. (per annum)

(Should you choose to purchase an existing house or construct a house, there is a transfer and administrative charge for the registration of the lease at the Koh Samui Land Office)
