service charge is payable yearly in advance and is inclusive
of administration, environmentally friendly garbage disposal,

supply within the project, house cleaning, technical checks,
gardening and the swimming pool maintenance.

| We run a letting service. The program
includes an on-line booking system that includes credit
card acceptance and reservations. We have a dedicated
company, Coconut Holiday Homes that administers this service.
A conservative approximate annual occupancy could be taken
at 25% (91 days per year) with a net rent attainable to
the homeowner of approx. 2,500.- Baht per day occupied.
The asking price for the property is 4,800.000.- Baht
which will be reduced to 4,500,000 Baht for a quick sale.
There is a charge of 45,000.- Baht to cover all other
charges, transfer and lease registration fees at the land
office. |
