Completed in 1999, our smallest project to date is perhaps the most exclusive. There is a luxurious swimming pool featuring a waterfall and a Jacuzzi, which is surrounded by extraordinarily beautiful villas with a view to the sea. Some of these houses are equipped with private Jacuzzis and Balinese outside bathrooms which have been designed in cooperation with the house owners.

2 projects with outright purchase

For the first time we are offering beach plots for sale. According to Thai law you can take possession of these plots by way of a registered 30+30 year lease. With the appropriate extension options, this lease can be tantamount to a freehold purchase. This is totally legal, safe and by far the most practical way of taking possession of land here in Samui. This registered contract also guarantees that if the law is changed allowing freehold ownership by foreigners, currently being discussed in government circles, you can transfer the lease contract to freehold ownership without further delay. The purchase is made by way of a one-time payment of the lease price. All the rights from this contract can be transferred (sold) to someone else by you at any time you should wish. Coconut Laguna consists of 12 generous plots on one of the most beautiful parts of the beach. The plots offer marvelous views of Samui's surronding islands and the tropical sunset. Laguna now features a large swimming pool with awaterfall, Jacuzzi and sun decks to be embedded in a lush garden.
